Caylent Calibrate™ Terms

These Caylent Calibrate™ Terms apply only where expressly incorporated by reference in a written Statement of Work (“SOW”) between Caylent and Client. These Caylent Calibrate™ Terms do not apply independently and do not form a contract absent such incorporation.

Caylent Calibrate™ Service Bands are defined by the client's AWS spend, subject to the terms of the applicable SOW.

• Band 1: $50,000 to $150,000 per month
• Band 2: $150,000 to $300,000 per month

For clients with AWS spend greater than $300,000 per month, other Caylent MSP services will be defined in the applicable SOW.

Caylent may update these Caylent Calibrate™ Terms from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL. Any changes will become effective thirty (30) days after posting, unless a shorter period is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Client’s continued receipt of the Caylent Calibrate™ Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Caylent Calibrate™ Terms. If Client objects to a material change, Client may terminate the SOW in accordance with the terms of the SOW.
